Tzero Studios is an independent, artist-driven animation studio dedicated to creating original IP.

Operating outside the traditional studio system, we use decades of industry experience to flip the production model on its head, allowing us to take on projects of varying budgets and scale. Bronx Buds is Tzero Studios’ flagship animated series—an Emmy Award–winning show that celebrates friendship, community, and the love of baseball. Set in the heart of the Bronx, the series follows a group of kids who discover teamwork, creativity, and confidence through the game they love. Partnering with the YES Network and the Gotham Sports App, Bronx Buds blends humor, heart, and hometown pride to inspire the next generation of fans. More than just a cartoon, it’s a movement that brings families together, builds youth excitement for sports, and showcases the Bronx as a vibrant hub of culture, passion, and play.

Tzero Studios is a creator-driven animation studio built by creators, not corporations. Our mission is to craft engaging, original stories for kids and families while breaking free from the traditional studio model. By owning our IP and controlling the entire creative pipeline, we’re able to produce high-quality animation efficiently and cost-effectively.     YES launches Yankees-inspired animated series

    YES and Tzero Studios are bringing back Saturday morning cartoons with animated series “Hexclad Presents Bronx Buds,” debuting Aug. 17 on the YES app. The baseball-themed children’s show follows the members of a fictional Bronx-based youth baseball team, The Pinstripes. It will be available for registered YES app users in the RSN’s covered territory, as well as subscribers to the national feed.

    YES Network Turns Back The Clock With Saturday Morning Original Animated Streaming Series

    The YES Network, TV home of the New York Yankees, is expanding into animation with a turn-back-the-clock Saturday morning series called Bronx Buds. The regional sports network will start streaming HexClad Presents Bronx Buds (the full name of the show, with kitchenware sponsor) on August 17. The series, whose 7-minute episodes will drop each Saturday, is produced exclusively for the YES App in partnership with Tzero Studios.
